Policy regarding treatment of Inactive Account:

As the brokers are supposed to do everything according to the 'Documented
Policies', we have adopted  a policy as under:

Those who registered with CSBL and have no transaction for 6 months are considered as inactive clients and their account being dormant can be activated by giving a request letter  for activation /or can be done by complying  the KYC documentation.
