The Institute has been formed to educate members, investors and general public of the nascent developments in the market technologies and products. SEBI has made it mandatory to have qualified and certified personal in each office. Both NSE and BSE are conducting certificate courses in various modules. The Institute offers the four essential modules Capital Market module deals with all aspects related to market operations, back office requirements, regulatory authorities and statutes, trading mechanism, settlement etc. Derivatives are new products introduced recently to the market. It deals with history, applications, margin requirements, etc. Depository deals with organizational requirements, charges, formalities etc. Mutual Fund deals with Fll’s, Mutual Funds, types of funds and their mobilization and disbursement etc. The Institute also conducts seminars for public awareness, guides project work, classes for students of various educational institutions. NSE issues NCFM certificates. The faculty is chosen from qualified and experienced trading members, practicing CA’s and other professionals. |
