This is with reference to frequent data loss / performance issues reported by Sub-brokers/Clients of CSBL, we recommend and request you to do following important activities regularly to ensure smooth functioning of the system.

1)      Take Backup of your computers regularly in daily/weekly/monthly basis as per your requirement.

2)      Always write/burn the backup of your daily/weekly/monthly basis computers data’s in at least two or three DVD’s and verify it before keeping it as permanent backup.

3)      Please do regular antivirus updates and virus scan in your system to prevent infections of Virus / Worms / Trojans.

4)      Please do not install any of online applications in your computers which is not necessary for your work. Because online application will decrease your system performance by connecting internet for real-time updates.

5)      For minimizing/preventing hacking chances, request you to not visit any anonymous website(s) for any other activity from your critical systems to avoid infections of spywares / adwares / malwares.

6) Please do not install any pirated/unlicensed software in your system to avoid technical / legal issues.Also make sure that the installed software's in your systems are licensed versions or not.If it is not licensed software ,please uninstall the same without any delay and do some alternative arrangements for uninterrupted work.
